1 1/2 oz. Rocket Vodka
(California vodka handcrafted from 100% fresh-pressed apples and fresh Sierra Nevada mountain water. Naturally gluten-free. No sugar added. Just apples.)
1/4 oz. St. Elder Liqueur
1/2 oz. Kiwi Perfect Puree
1/4 oz. Stirrings Simple syrup
2 Dashes Lemon Juice
In a shaker over ice combine all ingredients and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon rind.
