AUTUMN SANGRIA

(For Batched Serving)
1 bottles RED WINE (I am using HEROE Cabernet Sauvignon by SCULPTERRA Winery)
6 oz. Greenbar Distillery Orange Liqueur
10 drops Hella Bitters Aromatico
Cinnamon, Clove, Star Anise & All Spice (wrapped up in cheesecloth 1 piece of each)
This is the perfect cocktail to batch in a small infusion jar or large jug for your fridge.  Recipe can be doubled for a special occasion cocktail.  Combine all ingredients in large container and allow it to marinate refrigerated for a minimum of 3 days.  Remove spice pouch before serving.  If serving in a punch bowl you can add dried fruits of loose spices from pouch.

Héroe is a dedication to the true heroes of the wine industry, our vineyard and production team! This cab is fruit forward with cherry and black berry dominating the palette with hints of mint, cedar, and subtle notes of pepper and spice. Aged 10 months in American, French, and Hungarian Oak Barrels.

(For Individual Serving)
4 oz. Mionetto Prosecco
1/2 oz Galliano Appertivo
1 oz. Soda Water
Over fresh ice in a wine glass pour 1/2 oz. Galliano Appertivo and 4 oz. Mionetto Prosecco.  Top with soda water and garnish with an orange slice.

SANGRIA RED OR WHITE

(For Individual Serving)

4 oz. Villa Pozzi Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Grigio (or your favorite red or white wine), or Mionetto Prosecco Wine

½ oz. Jacquens Brandy

½ oz. Marie Brizard Peach Liqueur

½ oz Triple Sec

Dash of orange juice

Splash of soda water & sprite

In a shaker combine all above ingredients except for soda water & sprite and shake with ice. Pour in our standard wine glass. Garnish with 1 lemon, lime, orange slice & a cherry and top with a splash of soda & sprite. Add more ice if necessary & to the top of the glass.
