1 ½ oz. Don Papa Rum
3 ½ oz. East Imperial Ginger Beer
A Slice Of Fresh Local Honeycomb
Lime Pinwheel
In a copper mug over ice pour Don Papa Rum. Top with East Imperial Ginger Beer. To garnish a nice slice of local honey and a lime pinwheel. Excellent to mix in fresh honeycomb.
- Combine Almond Milk, Whole Closes, Cinnamon Stick In a saucepan, heat on low and slowly bring mixture to a boil. Usually, takes about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine egg yolks and sugar. Whisk together until fluffy. Slowly, whisk hot milk mixture. Pour mixture into saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat and do not allow it to boil. Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Remove cloves and cinnamon stick. Let the mixture cool for an hour.
- Stir in Spytail Black Ginger Rum, cream, 2 teaspoon of Giffard Vanille de Madagascar, & nutmeg. Refrigerate overnight. When serving…top with dash of cinnamon.

Combine both ingredients in a shaker over ice & shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with East Imperial Ginger Beer. Delicious! No garnish needed for this silky cocktail.

2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Coconut Puree
2 Dashes of Tobacco Bitters
In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice. Shake and blend ingredients. Strain the liquid over fresh ice in your favorite cocktail glass and garnish with fresh or dried blood orange slice.

Top With Fever Tree Ginger Beer
1/4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
Combine all ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with lime. Delicious on the rocks!

.5 oz Fruit Lab Orange Liquour
.5 oz Tangerine juice or manderine/tangerine puree from The Perfect Puree
Shaved nutmeg
Teaspoon organic honey
Fever-Tree Club Soda
Dried cherries
Dried fig
In a large wine glass, combine over ice rum, puree, honey and nutmeg. Top with Fever-Tree Club Soda. Garnish with dried cherries and dried fig.
