NOT YOUR TRADITIONAL HOT TODDY

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Bulleit Rye Frontier Whiskey
MEM Marsala Chai Tea
(Indian Black Tea, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves. & Rooibos)
1 Teaspoon of Local Honey
Dash of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
In your favorite mug pour 1 1/2 oz. of Bulleit Rye Whiskey.  Steep Marsala Chai for 5 minutes.  Pour Steeped Marsala Chai over the Bulleit Rye Whiskey.  Stir in Honey & Lemon.  Garnish to your liking.  This time of year a nice wedge of lemon & dried fruit seems more than appropriate.  Enjoy!

BLOOD ORANGE BOURBON PALMER

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Bulleit Rye Bourbon
2 1/2 oz. MEM Tea Blood Orange Hibiscus 
1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Teaspoon of Local Honey

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice and shake.  Over fresh ice strain into a cocktail glass of your choice.   This cocktail can be served over ice or made into large batches for parties.  Garnish candied orange or blood orange of your choosing for presentation.

BOURBON TIKI PARADISE

(For Individual Serving)

2 oz. Bulleit Rye Frontier Whiskey
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed 100% Orange Juice
1/4 oz. Almond Milk
1/4 oz. Coconut Water
2 dashes of Hella Bitters Ginger
Slices of dried papaya and pineapple

Combine all ingredients over ice in shaker and shake. Strain into a martini style or tiki glass of your choice. Garnish with dried papaya & pineapple. Delicious on the rocks!

TRACE WINTER WARMER 

(For Individual Serving)

2 parts Owl’s Brew – Salted Caramel Toddy (Fresh-Brewed White Tea & Black Tea with Sea Salt & Caramel)

1 part Buffalo Trace Bourbon (Divine Cocktailers choice)

Over low heat in a saucepan combine the 2 parts Salted Caramel Toddy by Owl’s Brew and 1 part Buffalo Trace Bourbon.  Stirring every few minutes.  Once warmed sever in a tempered glass.  Some classic garnishes can be added but, just as good on it’s own.
