2oz. Light Rum (Divine Cocktailer preference is the Papa’s PILAR Light Rum )
10 Mint Sprigs
1/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
5 Lime Wedges
Sugar Cane Sticks
Dash of Soda Water (Divine Cocktailer preference is Fever Tree Soda Water)
Presentation is key…when serving cocktails. Be sure to have fresh lime wedge & mint. Muddle mint, fresh limes, simple syrup & lime juice in a pint glass. Top with ice (crushed if on hand). Top with light Rum and shake with shaker. Top with soda water & garnish with fresh mint & sugar cane.
Some flavors are Pomegranate, Blood Orange, Prickly Pear, Raspberry & Mixed Berry. (Divine Cocktailer puree brand of choice is Perfectly Puree)
