Combine Spytail Black Ginger Rum in a shaker with Stirring’s Simple Mojito Mix and shake over ice.  Stain in cocktail glass filled with ice and top with Fever Tree Club Soda.  Garnish with lime & fresh mint.

2 1/2oz. Keel Vodka
1/2 oz. St. Elder
3/4 oz. Sid Wainer & Sons Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Dash Lemon Juice
In a shaker combine all ingredients and shake.  Strain into a finely chilled cocktail glass and serve garnished with a grapefruit wedge.
