Gin

MALFY GIN BUCK

(For Individual Serving & Batch Recipe)
1 1/2 oz. MALFY Con Limone Gin
5 1/2 oz Fresh Ginger Lemonade
Over fresh ice in a 10oz. cocktail glass pour 1 1/2 oz. Malfy Gin, topped with 5 1/2 oz. fresh ginger lemonade.  Top with a lemon pinwheel and straw.  Ready to serve!
LARGE BATCH MALFY GIN BUCK RECIPE FOR INGREDIENTS & BATCH PRESENTATION
GINGER Syrup
1 gal Water
1 piece Fresh Ginger diced
In a large pot bring water and ginger to a boil.  Strain liquid and dilute with another gallon of water.
LEMONADE Recipe
1 gallon Water
12 lemons finely juiced and strained of pulp
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients and blend well till sugar dissolves.
MALFY GIN BUCK
(3 Gallon large batch format)
In a large infusion jar/drink dispenser combine even amounts. 1 gallon of lemonade, 1 gallon ginger syrup, & 4 bottles of MALFY Con Limone Gin. Stir and blend all ingredients.  Top with some lemon pinwheels and drink is ready to serve.  Dispense over fresh ice and top with a lemon pinwheel.  Always, nice to have funky straws to add to the drink.  I used a bamboo paper now in this.
Vodka

BLOODY MARY

(For Individual Serving)

 

5 1/2 oz. Tomato Juice

1 1/4 oz. Crop Tomato Vodka

¼  oz. Worcheshire

2 Dashes Celery Salt

1 Dash of Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon of Tabassco

1 Dash of Lemon Juice

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice and shake.  Pour in a hi-ball glass & garnish with a lemon, lime, & stuffed olive.

 

Rum

CAPTAIN NEMO

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Spytail Black Ginger Rum
2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Coconut Puree
2 Dashes of Tobacco Bitters

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice. Shake and blend ingredients. Strain the liquid over fresh ice in your favorite cocktail glass and garnish with fresh or dried blood orange slice.
